KKTV News: Several Springs transportation projects going on hold due to budget cuts

KKTV News reports that the City of Colorado Springs says there aren’t enough staff members to manage planned transportation improvement projects, as a result of recent budget cuts. And that means for now, work on several capital projects approved by voters back in 2004 will have to be suspended.
